We will always despatch your order within 24hours of receiving it, often this is completed on the same day therefore you will generally receive the goods the next day. When you order is despatched you will receive an email to let you know its on the way.
UK Delivery For all orders P&P charges start from £2.50 (see below for more details).
Delivery within the UK
We offer two types of service in the UK.
- Royal Mail 1st Class service -This is the standard first class postage from Royal Mail and generally arrives 1 working day following the date of collection.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery - This service is a next day service which you can use if you want to make sure you get your products on a guaranteed fast delivery service.
Delivery within the European Union
For european deliveries we offer a fast service using a version of airmail
- Airsure - Your products will generally be delivered in 2 - 4 working days
Delivery Costs
The total price for delivery is calculated at checkout and is determined by the total weight of your order. Due to the fact we have many products weighing different amounts we cannot illustrate the likely costs here. Although purse hangers are quite light (you have to carry them too!) so our postage charges won't break the bank!
- Free Delivery! - Just to prove we wont break the bank - for any orders where you choose five or more products you get free delivery! So if you want to purchase a number of Pursetails for your friends and family it just got even cheaper!
The above delivery times are a guide only as we are unable to control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail or your local postal carrier to deliver your package.
